Recycling

Scratched CD's
If your favorite audio CD is scratched, don't toss it. Professional refinishers can repair it. Aural Tech is one such company and there may be others. Aurel Tech cost is $3 per CD, plus shipping. Trade in used CDs in good condition at a used CD store. There are several in the Broward County area.

Old, reallly damaged, obsolete CDs can be mailed to:

Plastics Recycling Inc.
2015 South Pennsylvania
Indianapolis, IN 46225
(317) 780-6100

Those ubiquitous and seemingly unavoidable AOL CDs can be returned to sender if you write "REFUSED" with a heavy marker over the address label and blot out your encoded address information. By law, the PO must return it to the sender.
